Ran with group, Steve coached us on a speed workout. It felt good, but ran my first mile in 8:06. I was supposed to be running 10K pace. I doubt that I could run a whole 10K at that pace. Should I not worry or slow down.
Ran with group did a warm up of just over 2 then ran the hills. I felt like I went too fast. The hills kill me. I love going down them. Maybe I am just tired.
Ran with Peggy, Cheryl and Alan. We ran about 10 min miles and it felt great. This is probably one of my favorite day runs. No pressure, friends and we start a little later.
Run up Butterfield Canyon about 4.25 and back down for a total of 8.5. Came home and ran/walked the state fun run with my kids. Then bounced on the bouncy toys and worked the rest of the day in the yard. Great day!
