ran up to Glenmore with the group. Really tired today. Probably did too much saturday. Woke up Sunday feeling like someone had beat me up. But I took it slow and finished. I'm thankful for the group.
warm up abt.2. Then did about 5.5 easy. Still felt fatigued today.
Ran with Kris and Greg on the canal. At about 9 minute mile pace. Felt much better today. Thanks Kris and Greg.
